From our first conversation to the final presentation of the completed roof, their communication and professionalism was fantastic. The owner personally came to our home to go over options, which my husband and I really appreciated. They kept us informed every step of the way through a WhatsApp group chat, making communication smooth and easy. I had a wonderful experience replacing my tile roof with a seamless metal roof from Allied Roofing. Victor Rojas provided a very competitive proposal and answered all my questions concerning a metal roof. Allied Roofing had the most experience installing seamless metal roofs out of the 4 companies I researched. Mr Rojas was excellent guiding me throughout the whole installation process. Without any hesitation, I recommend Allied Roofing and Mr Rojas if your looking to replace your roof.
The Allied roofing team was professional, paid attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results. The work exceeded our expectations, with exceptional craftsmanship and quality materials. The team was always reachable and we really appreciated the team chat to be able to send messages and always receive a prompt response. The day the project began it was obvious what great preparation and coordination was taking place with cranes and materials quickly and safely being brought onsite and put in place. We needed the project to move quickly to meet a deadline for an insurance renewal. They had a large crew of skilled workers that were respectful and hard working. Work was completed within the necessary timeframe and we were able to secure the necessary insurance. I would note that we had a $250 allowance for permit costs. The actual cost of the permit was $6,125.47. The project was over the cost of our contract right at the start by $5,875.47. That was unexpected. I will add that invoices very clearly stated all the necessary information and broke down costs very clearly. The accounting team was always available and helped answer any questions promptly. Overall, we highly recommend Allied Roofing to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and a seamless experience.
