Pioneer was recommended to my elderly neighbor to do some repairs on his roof. He said they gave him a fair price and he was very pleased with the whole process. I was watching while they did their work and they were very clean and professional. That was an over a year ago. I recently had an issue and decided to get some estimates from them and others. I ended up having to do my whole roof over and I chose Pioneer since they were very competitive compared to the others. Mike explained the different systems thoroughly to me and he got the job done quicker than what I expected. I would highly recommend them for any repair or re-roof.

STAY AWAY!!! Terrible workmanship, and they don't really care how your house looks after. They were the most expensive quote I received, but I hired them because they have been doing business for a while.

Worst customer service in South Florida. Late to respond to an emergency, workers not capable of doing the job and no money back if trouble. Told "that roof issues can be stressful" by company CEO. Stay away!
