I contacted 5 Companies for some quotes, these guys were the cheapest and gave the most wood if you needed it, and for the fascia, they gave a little more wood than other companies, and also at a lower price. I even had the retrofit brackets put in, they did it for half the price as 2 other companies quoted me. We are very pleased with the work, they tore the roof off in one day, and sealed it up the same day, came back about 10-12 days later to start the roof, because you have to wait for inspections, but one they got the all clear they were here in a few days, put the roof on in one day, and the next day they had to do a few minor things to finish the roof, like ridge vents and sealing around the pipe stacks. Needless to say, we are very pleased, They even had a stucco guy come and do the gables, great job.
The stucco guy I paid extra for, in my opinion very reasonably priced, we had T-111 that he stuccoed over, never have to replace the wood again.
I posted some before and after pictures, of the house, I did the painting, the color of the roof is Charcoal.
And when it rains, you really can’t tell the difference now that we have the metal roof.
I would recommend this company anytime.

My experience with ABC roofing was excellent. They were very patient with my association and the approvals. Their workers were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up. the job went as expected and they were fast. I recommend them highly as they were recommended to me. The truck drivers did a great job of maneuvering in my Neighborhood and got around all the park cars and stayed off all the lawns. Thank you for that. The only criticism I would like to give is, that I wish they had a little more communication with me. I was very concerned on my really old animals being there by themselves when they were at work. I was planning to take certain days to be there for them, but everything worked out OK and I’m very happy with my roof. Thank you for everybody at ABC roofing, you did a another great job and I will recommend you.

I have had bad experiences with roof companies in the past so when I had to get a new roof, I was sure to do my research and check out many different companies. ABC Roofing stuck out to me as different from day one. Their entire staff is helpful and attentive. My first call was with Hannah who made me feel extremely comfortable to sign with them. Jamie was also incredible to work with. They always get back to you promptly and are more than willing to help. I was very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with the work performed by ABC Roofing. They are easy to be in contact with, they schedule your first evaluation visit very quickly. César has been for years very accurate on his evaluations. He takes care of the problem without you to even notice it. Their price is fair and never pushed to the border. They are reliable and honest. I never have had an issue with them in the several years I have asked them to help with the properties that I managed. A+ for them !!

Thank you ABC for making this process effortless. They worked closely with me and my HOA to get all get necessary paperwork completed. They also took care of the permitting work and made sure everything was handed in and processed in a timely manner. I’ve been scammed before but ABC was nothing but professional and transparent. As a homeowner it’s hard to find reliable companies that work in your best interest. For any questions I had they were happy to respond and accommodate. Thank you - Caesar and Jamie!
