Krystal was great. The whole process went smooth and quick. She is so friendly and helpful. I’d most definitely feel comfortable working with her again. Insurance is usually a hassle but she made it easy!
So, my flood insurance was somehow transferred to RAINBOW Insurance. We were never notified. I called RAINBOW to pay my bill. The receptionist wouldn't forward me to Jackie Sambarto but said she''ll call me back in 15 minutes. She never called. My insurance expires tomorrow! I tried calling back and no one ever answered the phone!! It rang and rang. I will call back first thing tomorrow and if they will not help me again, I will drive the 3 hours to their office and demand service. Then, I will find another agent to handle my flood insurance. This company doesn't care. I guess there's not enough of a commission in it for them.
This is one of the best insurance companies to have. The staff is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Adrianna has always been extremely helpful and generous with her time on the phone with me, never rude. You will find her to be very detailed. She will give you excellent advice on your insurance needs and will explain your options throughly. I have no regrets, it’s always a pleasure speaking with her whenever I call.
