When I needed a new water heater, I called Lindstrom. I had a very pleasant experience. I received fast and friendly service at a fair price. Special thanks to Aston and Giovanni who did such a great job installing my new water heater. They were professional, courteous, and very kind. And thanks to Jeff in customer service who was so polite and patient helping me on the phone to order just the right water heater.
Lindstrom just finished my install and they did a great job. I met with them Tuesday morning and needed a new system quickly. They were able to schedule me for Thursday morning and install the complete system. Everything went great, the installation team was great and very professional. I would recommend them and will definitely use them for any additional HVAC needs I have moving forward. 100% satisfied!
Tell me 8-10 am and install will take 6 hrs. Show up at 9:30, take 8.5 hrs and tear up the molding to the attic. Nobody introduces themselves, first one to the door could barely speak English followed by two 19 yr olds.Then tell me someone will contact me 4 days later to fix. Not impressed.
I just had my water heater replaced today by Lindstrom. Very happy with the whole process. The technicians were very professional and did a great job. New water heater was installed quickly and efficiently and happy with end result. Highly recommend Lindstrom for any plumbing issues.
Call Lindstrom first. Their plumbers and AC techs are prompt, respectful of property, thorough. Today we had a plumbing issue: we needed a new kitchen water shut off valve under the sink. Two hours later, a plumber (Will) was pulling into the driveway. The installation was accomplished promptly, and we were free to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
