If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and care, both in their work and in how they handle customer concerns. Here’s my experience:
I had my AC serviced by one of their technicians on November 1st. He claimed to have addressed a clogged drain line and even recommended an extra maintenance plan, which I agreed to, trusting that these "fixes" would prevent any further issues. Less than a week later, I woke up to a disaster: water was pouring down from the second floor into my laundry room, completely ruining the ceiling, drywall, and floor. After shutting off the water valve to investigate, I found that the AC unit was leaking. Not only was the drain line twisted, but the pump was flashing a red warning light, signaling an unresolved problem from the supposed "repair."
I immediately called customer service at 7:10 am, explaining the urgency of my situation, expecting some level of concern or prompt assistance. Instead, I was dismissed and told that a technician would reach out "when they got into the office." Hours went by – it was already 10:30 am, and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. For a company that claims to offer emergency services, this level of indifference is astounding and absolutely unacceptable.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only did their poor workmanship cause extensive damage to my home, but their dismissive attitude toward urgent repairs shows a complete disregard for their customers’ property and well-being. I’m now stuck dealing with costly repairs to my ceiling and drywall because of their negligence and lack of attention to detail.
Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, nor do they show any interest in providing reliable customer support. You deserve a company that values your home and respects your concerns – and this is definitely not that company.

Never have I had such a nasty and unprofessional technician until Robert there tech showed up he charged me for a service on my air conditioning that I have included in my contract and had an appt for originally. I called customer Service and was told I would be getting a call from the dispatching supervisor before the technician left. She never did. I find that to be extremely unprofessional. I will be calling to cancel my AC contract and to make sure that they don’t do this to any other customer because this was by far absolutely unprofessional on top of that he left my house filthy when he was finished

It was a great experience. They showed up, gave me an honest diagnosis of my AC. Showed me pictures and videos of what they found and had a new AC installed the next day at a very reasonable price. The work was phenomenal and very thorough. The installers were extremely friendly and professional, and the people in the office were very polite, friendly, and took the time to help us every step of the way. As much as I hated to have to buy a new AC, I am very glad it was with them.

Great service! So quick and really nice people. Devon McNeil was great, he called us early in the morning and showed up on-time. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Got our AC back up and running in less than 45 minutes. He also was very kind to our dog. So grateful, highly recommend!

I’ve been with this company f o r e v e r! They are very good. This particular serviceman (C.C.) is the BEST! I’m old .. and have had repair people for A/C and other issues over the years but nobody has the qualifications of knowledge, patience and kindness as C.C. I wish he was the STANDARD of every worker in America!
