Let me tell you how my experience with my air conditioning service with Quality Air was... David Anthony troubleshoot my air conditioning and it happens that my compressor and starter was out of commission. He nailed all the problems that was the cause of the problem. Parts were ordered and installed great. He's really a great smart technician. Job was taken cared of and cleaned and treated with care. He does repairs with respect. I would give this company an unlimited amount of stars! Also customer service was pristine! Nadia was great with the scheduling and service call settings. I would call Quality Air for services if it comes down if I need service done for my air conditioning.
Austin was beyond wonderful! Our AC stopped working out of nowhere, showing an error with the power source. Austin came by and not only figured out the problem (the transformer) but helped walk us the through each step to ensure we understood exactly what went wrong, how to check for signs in the future and know what we were paying for. The service was fast, prices were reasonable and he was so incredibly kind. Would book again!
Chris, our Quality Air technician was superb. Very knowledgeable, explained his work as he completed the task at hand. Talked about installing an ultra violet light for preventive maintenance. We are planning to do this upon our arrival next year and definitely want Chris to be scheduled to install. Thank you for the outstanding support. Elizabeth
Great experience. They were unable ro repair our old unit but gave us a good price on a new one. The service techs were friendly, professional and quick. They worked well with our building requirements.
The work that was completed was excellent. The technician was great. Response time was outstanding. Had a question about the billing that was resolved quickly. I'm now enrolling in a preventative maintenance program. Highly recommend, very good people to work with. Chris just completed the semi-annual service. He was very through. We're good for another 6 months. Thanks Chris!
