Great experience with the installation of a new Bosch 3 ton unit. The guys were professional, clean, respectful of the apartment and friendly. They kept me posting on progress. I highly recommend Quality Air.
I could write a book of all the issues and money I have spent on a drainage issue with my air conditioner. The paperback version is I have had a leakage for over 2 years. I would all the non certified person our HOA recommended each time. He was a "cash only" business. The issue would be resolved but only for a short period. I finally called Quality Air. They fixed my issue for good! They even came back with the supervisor! I would like to call out technicians Jr., Jose, and Joshua! Highly recommended! They have our business for life!!! Thank you Quality!
100000% satisfied with Quality Air Conditioning!!! My AC for the bedrooms stopped working after 5pm and the temp quickly soared to 82degrees. I heard amazing stories about Quality Air Conditioning so I called their after hours number. The individual who answered was very pleasant and empathetic. The technician reached out to me in 15 minutes and at my residence in less than an hour. Xavier, the technician, was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. The AC was repaired quickly and works perfectly. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that need's AC service and/or replacement.
From what I see, they really are letting go of everybody good in this company this guy Dave seems to be firing and mistreating employees Like Red, Adonys and more one of their best guys they have a bunch of new people that do not know what they’re doing. Be very careful. It’s getting really messy.
Jose was amazing! He spent so much time making sure everything worked out. He was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Honestly, I wish we could get him every time we needed a service call! Best service yet.
