Kairos is a complete 5star company to work with. From Evan(salesman), Maria(project coordinator)to both Eric's. They did a fantastic job and delivered on everything they promised. We have had many compliments since finished. We were very impressed on tear-off day the way they covered all plants, side yards and backyard with a black, fine, mesh material so nails and roofing would not get in the grass. Every one of their workers did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Just so impressed as this is the first roof I ever replaced on a house. Thank you Kairos Team !!!!!

Kairos replaced our roof. They were professional, communicative and did an excellent job. We love the finished product (we went with the Boral Buckskin Flat Tile). Matt and Donnie have both been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Kairos for all your roofing needs!

From the moment we contacted Kairos Roofing, we knew we were dealing with professionals. Right from the start, Evan took the time to understand our specific needs and concerns, providing a personalized assessment and recommending the perfect solution for our roof.

Since my last post below, I have a reoccurring leak from my chimney soaking through my exposed beam ceilings. The leak started within a month of the completed work. Kairos caulked around the chimney and redid stucco work (which is not the issue). I never had a leak around my chimney in my 36 years living in this home. I have given written notification of the leak multiple times over the past year as I have Kairos 10 Warranty. Kairos is failing and refusing to make the necessary repairs. Other roofing companies do not want to touch another roofers work, especially since it is under warranty. Beware, Kairos ads stating "Integrity, Expertise, Honesty" are beyond false. Zac, the owner sold the company. Zac left the metal work of my roof unsupervised, pulling the supervisor to larger jobs.
Should be zero stars.
Kairos Crew #1 made over 240 nail hole penetrations damaging tongue and groove ceiling throughout entire home creating multiple leaks
Crew #2 redid the dry in with assurance by Zac, Owner & Brandon, PM proper supervision will be on site until the entire job complete. After dry in, supervision was taken off site for metal work.
The chimney did not receive proper flashing and Crew #1 did extensive damage removing my existing copper metal flashing because I would not let them keep the copper.
Two standard goosenecks were not installed prior to the metal panels as is standard/professional installation practice, instead two makeshift goosenecks were installed without proper flanges and only caulked as a water barrier.
Kairos provided no guidance, supervision or quality workmanship nor did they insure the workers used caution not to damage the underlayment and panels. Smart Inc is their metal subcontractor, the crew I was promised was sent to bigger jobs. There was a high school student and a new hire with no experience. I never knew what day they would show or who would show to do work.
This new roof was my once in a lifetime major expense, I can’t even begin to express the regret in choosing Kairos. Kairos has not valued my time, my money and have not and continue to not “treat my home as if it were theirs”. It seems as though they just run for the money, getting as many jobs as possible, not taking care to finish work as promised. And now the new owner is refusing to honor the warranty because this repair is not going to be an easy fix due to the mechanically locked seams on the metal panels.

I am adding to my review and response from Cody West. Yes, Kairos came out, looked at the roof again. No, you can not see anything from the surface. Yes, I was hesitant to do a water test, again because the last water test flooded my property and then the worker starting hosing water into my chimney flue and entering the fireplace floor inside my home. The water is happening with heavy rain. But I explicitly told Cody, go ahead and do the test, I would move my car. He said no they were not going to do one. He then told me to clean the water stains so they could see any new stains. I did that. Then Cody said next time I see a leak (today 8/15/24) call him and he would come right over. He did not respond to my text and he did not come over. Once again, Kairos is not honoring their work and they are lying to avoid what is not going to be an easy fix. I am frustrated and upset seeing water running down and penetrating my exposed ceilings-that means on top of that and all the roofing material and additional plywood I paid for -the roof is wet.
They will have to open it up with or without a water test at some point. Why are they waiting until more water damage to the roof is done? They can see it inside the house.
Why will they not open up around the chimney to find the leak?
I will send another certified letter.
I am unable to upload new photos. It would have been nice to show the water running down my beam to my front door and it to show the pink letter in my mailbox from Cody West asking if your roof is ready for the rain and how Kairos can help you!
