The office staff, particularly Crystal and Anna, were outstanding in their support. Joey, one of the owners, was always available to address any questions or concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated. My site supervisor, Shawn, provided daily updates, personally knocking on my door to keep me in the loop.

Hi Everyone came on here to share my experience in hiring and working with Paletz roofing and Inspection. I recently inquired about getting a new roof due to my 25 year roof needing to be changed. I called and had someone come out to inspect and they were just the most genuine and hardworking people. I ultimately decided it was the right fit to go ahead and hire them for the job. The team that came out and did my roof were wonderful and I really fell in love with my new roof. I appreciate the work and timely manner in which Paletz roofing and inspection completed everything in.
