Our association of 130 town homes has been working Matt Daley and his crew since 2017. He provided consulting roofing services where he oversaw our roofing project in addition to providing roofing service repairs, as needed. As president of our association, I find him to be very responsive, keeping appointments as promised. He also is timely in providing written proposals that are competitively priced and work is always completed as promised. Matt is very knowledgeable about roofing and always provides honest feedback/options to our roofing needs. His work is high quality. I spoke to Matt and he was out very quickly to assess my problems i was having for my home. He fixed all my residential roofing problems at a very fair price for the amount of work that was done.
