Florida Palm Construction is top of the line! Only company to go with in our opinion. We felt confident with choosing FPC as soon as we met with Brian. He is trustworthy, honest and very knowledgeable. We needed full renovation on our house due to a cast iron and water pipe issue. FPC redid all the water and sewer pipes in our house. All the electric needed to be redone as well. We now have new flooring throughout the house, 3 new bathrooms and a completely new beautiful kitchen thanks to the professional team that worked on our house. Ileana, Sean, Kelly and Corey were all great to work with. Every worker that entered our home was hard working, polite and wanting to make sure everything was done right. We highly recommend Florida Palm Construction!

Very professional company they are a dream to deal with very easy at finding solutions and quicky executing them. Cory and Julio are exceptional superintendents and leadership on their jobs always looking ahead and making solutions before they become problems. Lewis and Pedro are the best PMs in the business, Hands Down.

Very uncomfortable experience with the sales person.
He could not stay on topic during the meeting. He also insulted me when entering my condo.
Immediately asked where my husband was because he needed decision makers present. He said Men usually make the decision.
What century and country are we in?
The people on the phone also had asked that repeatedly, I had told them 2x already that I was the decision maker. I should have not even wasted my time on the meeting.
He said I looked tired.
He asked what I did for business and then said we could make money together because he also had Airbnb.
I changed the subject back to tile because he was
Completely off topic. Was amazed that I completed my tile work in the kitchen myself asking 3x if I really did it myself.
Again that was completely off topic because he was there to estimate me a double bathroom remodel.
He brought up the kitchen about 3 times saying they did kitchen work also.
Why ask me if it’s clearly done already?
He said he didn’t like working with permits. He didn’t measure anything except for one sink space.
The number he ball parked was ridiculously high without , permits, tile, glass, vanities, mirrors, lights or fixtures included.
I had to ask him to leave.
I was very uncomfortable with his attitude and just wanted him out of my home.
Huge waste of time.

Florida Palm Construction helped my husband and I reconfigure the layout of our plumbing in our kitchen. We now have the cutest little peninsula bar with plumbing over looking the living room. Ileana, Brian and Mike were amazing, extremely professional, timely and competitive. This company is the real deal and we will be using them again in the future. We are very happy with the end product.
