My husband and I are very happy with our bathroom Reno results. Leo and David were very professional and helpful throughout the project. They fully addressed any concerns we had through the process. We would overall recommend them.

I received a call last week to set up an at-home consultation. The sales associate did not ask if I had a partner or if I was married. However, she INSISTED that my husband must attend our meeting.
I tried to explain, saying my husband would be unable to attend the meeting, because he has a severe disability. Instead of listening to what I just just explained about my husband, she continued to push and demand he attend the meeting.
Normally, I would let something so upsetting and disrespectful go, and just make the appointment, because I AM the sole decision maker in my home. However, I not understand in this day and age, how a company would continue to use a script that is so insulting and archaic. It limits my confidence in your company and your awareness of your potential and current customers.
I am not and will not do business with Art Remodeling &Construction.
ADDED: I see there us another review from a year ago with the same complaint. Nothing has changed.

David and Amir are cut corners to save money and invent extra fees after the project has started, and have no idea what they are doing. We hired them to redo our master bath and closet. They placed a wall directly over an A/C vent, without moving the vent??? or moving the wall a few inches? Now we have two holes on each side of the wall (see pics). They did not even bother to finish putting up the baseboard. We asked for the lights to be above the mirrors and vanity. Instead, without consulting us, they moved the lights to the other side. Now we can't see ourselves in the mirrors (see pic). How am I a supposed to shave. And the worst part was, they told us the baseboards we wanted were an extra $40. After they were installed, they said "oh sorry, they are actually $800 which you have to pay or we will leave the project unfinished." And whatever paint they used is already peeling. Now I have to hire someone to install lights where we wanted them in the bathroom, finish the baseboard, and move the A/C vent.

Art Remodeling & Construction has demonstrated significant delays in obtaining permits, surpassing a year without completion. Their communication and professionalism are notably lacking. They have provided no clear reasons for these delays, only stating ongoing efforts without tangible progress. Additionally, they exhibit lengthy intervals between resubmitting permit applications. Potential clients seeking construction services may wish to consider alternative options.

This is the worse place to do any kind of work. Let us start with the man who was suppose to supervise the job. He is a very rude person. Every time you asked him a question, or did not agree with something he would tell you, “Find someone else to do the job.” That is after we had paid 90% of the bill.
They put the wrong size pantry in our kitchen. We lost $700 for their mistake. They craked the microwave and put a hole in the ceramic tile. The instillation of the countertop was done unprofessionally, putting a seam in the wrong place and leaving a wide gap between the countertop and the cabinets. He never supervised the work. I have photos to prove my statements.
