I am an owners rep for a very well known developer ( all of Florida and and other countries) SIMJA CONSTRUCTION was the only professional that applied our vision to reality! I have to say I cannot say enough about simja construction Ed is so amazing I have been in real estate home renovations in Florida since 2008 and have done many projects. The hardest thing was to find a honest trustworthy contractor.not to mention his. Amazing talent every project he has done for me has been spectacular he is one of kind highly recommend
