We hired Cianci Construction to help us remodel our home not knowing how extensive the job would end up being due to shoddy workmanship from the original builder. The home was gutted - only one original interior wall was left standing. The work quality, work ethic, communication, and attention to detail could not have been better. Bruce was onsite nearly every day during the entire process. He’s reliable, honest and an exceptional contractor.

Bruce Cianci of Cianci Construction is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! He recently completed a multiyear project of demolishing a 60 year old home and building us a new home from scratch. I had heard all the nightmares about building a home. However, our experience was a dream, culminating in our dream home. From start to finish, it was a pleasure. He did what he promised and much much more. He was always true to his word and I never felt that he did anything that bordered on self-dealing. I felt like my trusted brother was building my home. The quality of his subcontractors and his supervision of them was fantastic. I was provided with monthly statements outlining the work completed and detailed billing. There was no "wing it" type of billing. Lastly, he stands by his work even after the project was completed dealing with some small issues. I cannot recommend a finer professional.

They did a complete renovation of a run down dated commercial property and transformed it into a state of the art beautiful yoga studio. I couldn’t be happier with the entire project. Thank you Cianci Construction!

Bruce Cianci provided us with the architectural and building services needed to complete two big projects. In addition to constructing a pool pavilion that needed to mirror the style of our southern coastal home he added a patio with a complex roof design that had to be adapted to the multi-layered roof that existed on the original 1959 house. He also worked closely with the designer we used to make sure the end result of the outside work matched that of the inside of our house. The results were perfect. Both structures look like they we part of the original design. The projects were challenging given the building codes and easement restriction but the end product is spectacular. We would use Bruce anytime for future projects.
