The main breaker to my house tripped late in the day on a Saturday. I called Next Generation, and spoke with James. He picked up and was able to help me right away. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the panel, and then talked me through the process for resetting it right there over the phone. I really appreciate it, and he's my go-to electrician from now on!
James was recommended by a neighbor and I am extremely satisfied with his work! He has a great reputation and works hard to maintain it! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work!!! Plus, he cleaned up afterwards and he made sure I took pictures, throughout the fix, for my insurance claim. Great guy!!!
Whole power shut off on me Sunday morning , there’s was no outage in my area I found James online and gave him a call he was here in less than 30 mins James fixed the problem and also gave us more solutions he was very helpful and very knowledgeable of what he was doing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE he is everything he says same price he said was the same price that was paid thank you so much I will recommend him to everyone 👍🏽
I called James at 9pm as an emergency call. Our lights were flickering and we heard a weird buzzing sound from an outlet. He responded to our needs asap and replaced old outlets that had bad connections. We now have peace of mind and can sleep peacefully tonight. We plan to have him come back to do other work on our house. James is very knowledgeable and has years of experience.
