I sat in a parking lot with a flat tire for an hour and half before going to see Randy. He saved the day. Thank you so much for your patience and immediate help. I was even able to leave and pay thru a secure site minutes before closing and they all made it possible. Thanks again!

Good old fashioned American service.
Yesterday, Tuesday, 9th of July 2024 was my first time encounter and it will be my forever place to get my vehicles serviced as opposed to Toyota of Hollywood.
I initially spoke to Randy on the phone and we exchanged pleasantries.
When I walked to drop off my vehicle, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the front office. Then I was immediately greeted.
The males are gentlemen and the females are ladies.
Randy, Service Advisor Manager, telephone me in two hours, from eight o' clock to inform me that my car was ready and consulted with me on two improvements.
I live by the motto: SAFETY FIRST.
Randy/Kovac quoted a reasonable monetarily value. Hence, I pursued the two improvements.
My vehicle is vested in computerized digital technology. That being said, the Kovac team is extremely educated on the current trends in the automotive industry.
I am absolutely 💯 satisfied with the service rendered.

Love these guys! I have old cars(08 escape, 09 HHR and 10 Miata) that run great and no car payments. Joey Kovac does quality work and prices are fair. I need to know that when i get on the road I’m good to go. Hand them the keys and say, “just keep it running” and they go to work. Old cars, big jobs…NO prob. Recent 09 HHR(135k) needed major suspension and tires. Steve had an est along w/a $ breakdown if i need to do it in stages. Kovacs will tow, has shuttle service, will help w/rental and the waiting room is more like a living room w/wifi. Joe is always avail if u want to chat. Like always, above/beyond and surprised me w/a cleaned car ! That was unexpected and cool.
**My father was a mechanic. His father was a mechanic. My mother’s father was a mechanic. My 3 brothers are mechanics, 4 uncles on my father side are mechanics !!
After 25+ yrs w/Kovacs it’s safe to say I trust them.
He should hav Kovac Auto T-shirts that say
