I have always had a great experience at this Meineke and today was no different! We needed help with our car not shifting into gear. Mind you this is a last minute issue. We called and the manager was super helpful. He said to bring the car by to be diagnosed. The tech (James) was so knowledgable about stick shifts he was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. We thought we may have to leave the car (which would not have been a problem). The staff here is great! I have been here before for the auto detailing and it was a great experience as well! Thank you!!!

After having a very negative experience at another car shop in Weston, I decided to give Meineke an opportunity to impress me. I have to say, they've exceeded my expectations as a customer.
I called many times to ask various questions about oil changes before I even went in. Not once was the representative annoyed at my persistence. In the contrary, he was incredibly helpful and made me feel like I was about to take my car to an honest shop (for once).
Once I got there I was very pleased with the structure and organization of the shop. It's got ample space and comfortable seats for you to sit and watch TV, have some coffee, or purchase some snacks. They have great WiFi which allowed me to work on my business as I sat and waited for my car.
Both employees who greeted me were incredibly friendly - Eddy and Steve. I'm a woman so I hate going into car shops without my boyfriend or father because I tend to feel like I'm going to get scammed. Not at Meineke, Steve and Eddy were honest about what my car really needed.
The prices are incredible and very competitive. Weston is a very expensive area and Meineke definitely surpasses many shops around here in the price department.
It took less than 45 minutes for me to get my car back as a walk in. While I don't expect this to happen every time, it's an incredible wait time compared to the 4 hours I had to wait at the last shop I went to WITH an appointment.
All in all, I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to my family and friends as the new management team seems to be doing and fantastic job here.

Horrible experience. Took my car there to get new tires and shocks. Waited two hours for them to tell me they had ordered the wrong part. Since they had already disassembled the old part my car was basically unsafe to drive if put back together. Because of this situation I had to get a rental for the next couple of days awaiting another part. Once they were able to obtain the proper piece I was extremely over charged. I understand markup on parts but the dealership doesn’t even charge this much (confirmed) I guess they had to make up their money since I asked them to pay for half of my rental fees. I have nothing bad to say about the mechanics employed there. They did their job and were super nice. This goes to the business man behind the counter.

Great experience overall. I took my car to Meineke (Weston location) because I hit a cement border while backing up and seemed to have damaged my muffler (so I thought). The car was making a loud noise, so I thought the damaged piece would have to be replaced. Ruben is the mechanic that looked at the car, and all he had to do was just pull out the piece (it just jammed). It took him about five minutes. I must say that he and Steve offered professional service, and will definitely bring my car here again.

It took a 22 hour drive from new jersey to find the perfect auto repair shop. During my trip I encountered car issues, I was able to finish my drive very carefully. Next morning I called Steve who was very helpful, and would have his mechanic take a look at my car as soon as I got there. Ruben ,the master mechanic examined my vehicle very carefully and found only one issue that he fixed in a very timely manner. He also took his time to explain the problem he found. Best of all, the price was exelent.
