No integrity but polite
When here for an oil change, the counter guy and owner were friendly. Service was complete in about 25-30 min, I paid and said thanks.
Got in to my car and noticed that the technician ripped the tint on my window. He never said anything just put a sticker over it. I let the counter guy and owner know , I was told so what do you want us to do. I was also told my tint was illegal so just deal with it.
I asked him if he know was a medical tint exemption is , and that in the state of Fl you can have tint above the “A6” line. His face got pale and went to get the owner.
The owner Frank said oh man that sucks, how about some free oil changes in the future. Why would I go back for more work to be done when your technician damaged my car. The technician could at least said hey look it was an accident I’m sorry. I will would have been up set , but to lie about it and the owner not caring about that shows a lack of integrity.
Just be careful.

Great experience. My mom & I were driving near the shop when my car began to make a knocking sound. I pulled into the shop and explained what was going on. The owner did not hesitate to check my car out & fix the problem. I was not charged any money. Thank God for this man. We have since been back to purchase tires. I will definitely recommend visiting this shop. The service & professionalism was superb.

**BEWARE SHOP***Brought jeep in for two tires, dropped car off, turns out of left my work keys and needed to return to pick up my work keys from my car keys. I waited 15 min until my jeep was brought back after they were using it for personal errands.

Have taken cars here for years. This shop can NO LONGER BE TRUSTED. Far too often take it in get charged a big bill $1000+ then within a short period of time another $1000+ problem comes up. They either don't look over things at all, or are rough when repairing things thus causing future issues. They no longer warn about future issues that need to be resolved soon such as balding tires. New guy at the desk is super rude and hard to understand with his broken English, and owner Frank isn't around as much as he's passed off many duties to others.

Customers for this business, please disgrgard this review as it has nothing to with a car or service problem cuz iv never been there take my car there. But ive delivered parts and as a potential customer like me it quite fustrating.
The delivery process for parts seemed complicated and frustrating.
Front counter guy took receipt after
I brought the parts inside then proceeds to tell me to deliver to the back. So my response is you cant take it and walk it back there? He scoffes and gives me this crappy attitude like hes to lazy to walk 45 steps to go to the back himself. Now i gotta get in my car drive around the back and waste my gas. Can you sign? Cuz you took the paper? His response i will once you deliver to the back. I Drop off in the back. I ask to a tech to sign and hes too scared to sign and says oh im just a tech and you have to go to the office. Im livid now because i gotta drive around again just to get a signature.
