Met the owner of the shop when I dropped my car off. He was an Army vet with a son currently in the Marines. After inspecting the car, I was given a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the price. The service performed was excellent at a fair price including a military discount for my service. Friendly and professional shop--I highly recommend it.

We’ve had 2 good experiences with Alex at this shop. The 1st was by chance. We were putting air in our tires at a neighboring gas station. The pump malfunctioned and sucked the air out of the tire. I walked across the street to Meineke and Alex said we could come over and use the air machine there. They offered to check all our tires and found a nail in 1 of them. It was too close to the sidewall to plug, so they switched it with our spare.
Our second experience was just a few days ago. We are planning a long drive in the car, so we asked Alex to check and make sure the car was in good condition for a road trip. After the inspection, Alex made some recommendations in ensure a safe trip. He showed us photos of what he found under the hood and explained everything clearly. We felt confident with his expertise and followed his advice.
This Meineke station is our new go-to auto shop. Alex seems skilled and knowledgeable and we are comfortable with the recommendations he makes for us.

On my neighbor's recommendation, I went to Meineke in Pompano Beach (off Atlantic). Has my A/C compressor replaced, windshield wiper motor replaced and oil change. All good and much cheaper than the other place I was considering. Alex and Tracy and their Team took good care of me. I will be back for new tires.

Wow I had a problem with a nail in my tire and it was just before 5 pm. I thought I was going to have a major problem as I thought it was the end of the business day. The new owner greeted me with such a pleasant smile and asked how he could help. They fix my tire in less than 10 minutes. I am so thankful I stopped in and had such a wonderful experience. Wonderful Customer Service.

Alex, Cole, and the whole crew are amazing people. They are honest and will go out of their way to make sure you and your car are taken care of. If you need a reliable mechanic, this is the place to go. I will be going to them for all future car issues.
