Amazing job! Alan and Enoch came early, identified the source of the low water pressure and fixed the issue immediately. Now our water runs smooth and they even fixed the weight on the hose so it now retracts perfectly. So grateful for Paradise Plumbing, and these two amazing professionals that not only fixed our issue on the spot but gave us great tips on how to maintain. I requested a quote today from Paradise for a new A/C unit and had a great experience with tech Raymond. He was professional, courteous and provided an honest opinion of the units that would meet my needs. Definitely on the top of my list to consider! So I selected Paradise based on their competitive pricing after reviewing two other vendors and and the installation went without a hitch…Chris and Jeff, nice guys, were in sync with one another and they completed the installation in less than 5 hours. No mess for me to clean up either! Also this company had the best customer service support team as well!
I could not be more happy with the work that Hudson and Slater completed for us with Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We had a fan in a room that was wired incorrectly and they were able to replace the wire and re-install the fan in less than 1 hour after diagnosing the issue. I am happy to recommend Paradise and their awesome customer service, especially in a time and day when honest and fair seems to be the exception and not the rule. Again, highly recommend.
Called Paradise about a small water leak we noticed in our shower. The scheduling was efficient and the technician Paul Piriyakul was thoughtful and very professional. He took the old Delta shower handle apart very carefully and we worked together to clean all the parts. He provided a detailed estimate of the work needed if we decided to move forward. Paul explained the work in detail and allowed us to ask as many questions as necessary. I would definitely recommend Paradise for your plumbing needs.
My hot water heater installer, River was great. I have been using paradise plumbing for 8-9 years on making home upgrades on plumbing. They never disappoint. Very good on prices and takes care of the customer. I highly recommend paradise plumbing. They are the best of the best. I wouldn’t use another company for my plumbing needs. Honest, reliable and stand behind the work they do. Never had to make a second call for work they complete. A+++++
