Jim and John did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue of our leaking water heater and explaining the options for replacing it. Work was carried out efficiently and with no disruption, and at a good price with no hidden extras. I would not hesitate to recommend Paradise Plumbing in future.
Very satisfied all the way around. From Patty, the scheduler, who was very polite and accommodating, to the technicians, to the person (sorry I didn’t get the name) who called after the work was done to ensure satisfaction. Dillon and John were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very courteous all around. Had to cut the drywall and took the time to cut it neatly so it could be patched back. Will continue to use Paradise Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
We were very happy with Jeremy who came to our apartment because the apt below us had a stain in their ceiling. They had to cut open the wall to look for the leak and found it pretty quickly. They fixed it and while they were there they replaced our garbage disposal and the valves in another bathroom. They were very fairly priced, very professional and very neat. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
This was my first time working with Paradise Plumbing. Cole and Jeffrey were wonderful! They were both very kind and professional and I appreciate their feedback on my AC unit. The company notified me that they were supposed to arrive between 10am and 2pm but arrived at 2:40pm which given Miami’s traffic doesn’t surprise me. I would request to Paradise that given it is a 4 hour waiting time window it would be helpful if they provide customers with more accurate arrival time estimates so we can better manage our day’s schedule. Overall Im very grateful for Paradise’s service. Thank you Cole and Jeffrey!
