I recently hired CertaPro Painters to paint the inside of my newly purchased Villa. They did an outstanding job in every room of the house. The painters were professional, neat and meticulous with their work. Coincidentally, CertaPro is also doing a job for my Condo Association in Ft. Lauderdale. They are painting the exterior of the buildings in the complex and that work is coming out beautifully.
CertaPro Painters of Broward County, Fl completed an impressive project with my home. The back porch floor looks particularly beautiful, along with other areas surrounding our home that were painted both inside and out. I want to take this opportunity to recognize the professionalism and superb work of CertaPro Painters of Broward County. My first contact was with Michael Chapman, who assessed my property and gave me a quote. He was super knowledgeable, very professional, and honest. My next communication was with Adriana Romero, who took care of all of the administrative and logistical measures, and coordinated scheduling. She was also amazingly professional, patient, kind, and very organized. Lastly, Luiz, the painter. Wow. His first order of business was pressure cleaning the exterior of my home and he went above and beyond and even pressure cleaned my patio without my asking. I wasn’t expecting that. What amazed me the most was his prep work on the outside of my house. I have never seen a painter who is painting the exterior of the house cover everything up. He covered every window, every sliding glass door and I have a lot of windows and sliding glass doors on my home; he covered every one of them up with plastic. We had just had our house reroofed and he covered up the areas of tiles that border the home, that way the paint would not get on them. His precision, his attention to detail, he kept in constant communication and sent me constant text messages of his work areas that were issues and he corrected. Just the most amazing experience I’ve had with a company. This is my second time having my house painted by CertaPro and it’s because of that level of detail work and commitment that will cause me to continue to go to them when I need work done. We were extremely satisfied with CertaPro here in Broward. From the beginning with the sales representative, the office coordinator scheduling the appointment, the preparation for the appointment and the final service , it was flawless. Very professional and very reliable. Luiz, the site lead painter was very capable. The job and the pricing met all our expectations.
