First of all I want to say THANK YOU to all the wonderful people who work there especially Jessica. She was able to create such a beautiful funeral for my dad Alejandro Flores Castillo 💙🕊️. I was left speechless with everything the moment we walked in we knew we were going ti do his funeral here and share the beautiful memories with my dad here. I couldn’t be more grateful for how kind and caring the staff were with us especially my mother. Thank you so much Jessica and everyone else for taking good care of my dad and making the whole process very smooth. I can 100% say you must have your loved ones funeral service here. They are extremely professional, caring, and will take care of your loved one.
In your time of mourning, you could not find a better place to handle your arrangements than Bell's Funeral Home. Jessica, the funeral director, is so kind and compassionate. You couldn't find a kinder, sweeter, more knowledgeable person. She knows the business like the back of her hand. She will take care of your love one like it was one of her own family. My mother recently passed away without having made her own final arrangements, leaving my brother and I to handle everything. We didn't have much savings and money was tight. I contacted Bells on a friend’s recommendation and was immediately treated like family. The whole staff was comforting, kind, and really listened. From my first conversation with Jessica, I knew this would be the final place to take care of my mom. Kara Bell is so comforting, kind, and genuine. I didn't even realize she was an owner. I thought she was just a great employee. I called a lot of funeral homes to get prices and Bells was by far the fairest. I can't say enough good about all of them. In your darkest times, I can promise you that Bells staff will take care of you and your loved one and will make this very difficult time just a little easier to cope with. The absolute BEST!!!!! After loosing my mother in law earlier this year, Jessica & staff were exceptional at assisting us with managing the many moving parts that had to be taken care of. From getting the body, picture editing, floral arrangements, options, courtesy, referrals & finalizing, they made what could have been a nightmare go as smooth as possible. Even when I took a step back to let my spouse family step in so I could rest Jessica kept me updated and made sure my husband approved and was aware of each thing. Jessica chose some of the best songs for our slide show, the details of the floral arrangement was excellent, she made sure service did not start without my husband there (he's an only child so this was so hard getting him there in time) & the staff never made us feel rushed but more like family and that they understood our loss. She even played back the slide show for a private viewing for a grandson. The owners are extraordinary and this is truly the Gem of Broward and the staff is a reflection of family and compassion. I've made up my mind, they will be responsible for my send off, I learned so much and truly could not have did this without Jessica & Anna's help toward our family. My sister and I are incredibly grateful to Bell’s Funeral Home and Cremation of Pembroke Pines for helping us transfer our mom’s ashes into a keepsake urn. From the moment Dante welcomed us with open arms, we felt comforted. After dealing with miscommunication from TSA and the airlines about transporting the urn, along with paperwork and regulations from another state, Bell’s made everything so easy. Dante, Anna, and the team handled everything with kindness, patience, and genuine care, giving us peace during this emotional time. They truly understood our grief and treated our mom’s memory with the utmost respect. We will definitely be returning to have them help us place Mom’s ashes into personal jewelry. Thank you for being there for us when we needed it most.
