That is how I came to know the team at Falowski Funeral and Cremation Services, following the unexpected passing of my Father. Their team guided me – with patience, empathy, and clear direction – through the process of honoring my Father’s last wishes. They were timely, effective, and present at every moment, from our first phone call to the final ceremony at the cemetery. I must especially thank Chris in this regard: he was an advocate for not only my Father, but for me. His presence and kindness were felt by me and my loved ones, and I cannot thank him enough for that. Chris: thank you. In this moment of chaos, you need a group that will help alleviate the procedural burdens that lie ahead, allowing you to mourn the loss of your loved one. You also need a group that will allow you to honor your loved one completely and to their wishes. With Falowski, you will have both and so much more. My son unexpectedly passed away. The care, sensitivity and kindness every single person I dealt with was unbelievable. Liz made everything so easy, especially not knowing where to even begin. I can't thank everyone there enough for their kindness in this most difficult time. The compassion they showed was so comforting!
My husband passed away and as I was navigating the arrangements, I reached out to this funeral home and Chris answered my call at nearly 2am when I was so unsure what to do. He was patient, and explained all the steps. When the time came, my husband was peacefully taken to their facility and the day of the service the team (Elizabeth, Liz & David) were so professional and respectful with the church and their policies. They are so understanding and did not make it feel like a business transaction, just as if the community was there to help you during a tough time. The staff is incredibly polite, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, ensuring your loved one is cared for with the utmost respect. The funeral home is clean, elegant, and welcoming. Liz and Chris were especially kind and attentive to my entire family and funeral guests, providing outstanding support throughout the process.
