I received outstanding care at Memorial Hospital Urgent Care from the entire staff, especially Preetha Kachappilly, APRN. From the moment I arrived feeling extremely dizzy, with difficulty walking and severe nausea, I was treated with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Preetha Kachappilly took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, explain my treatment options, and ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. Thanks to their prompt and attentive care, I left feeling much better. I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness!
The front desk customer service Rep. and the RN that attended to me were professionals and caring. I was also impressed by the knowledgeable doctor that attended to me, her attention to details about my health, and her treatment plan for my symptoms. I am feeling better already. Dr. Coll, Sarah, and Ashley were amazing! I was taken care of right away. They listened to my concerns and they were genuine and caring. This is why I always come to Memorial Urgent Care in Sheridan Street West Pines. The only thing I suggest is a better tv in te room ;)

I scheduled the appointment thru the Memorial My Chart which was super easy and efficient since my primary had no available appointments. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and kind. Joy was the next person who I saw. She took vital signs and asked me questions about the reason for my visit. She is very efficient as well as caring. Next I saw Arti, PA who was efficient, kind and assured me with the course of treatment I would be feeling better quite soon. She even suggested some tips to keep me better hydrated as well as what to drink to protect my stomach from the antibiotics she had prescribed. Overall I could not have been treated any kinder or more professional! I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I with total confidence recommend the Pines location.
