I had a fantastic experience at CareSpot Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The entire visit was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of quality care with top-notch service!
I myself am an APP and Melissa the PA was fantastic. She was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and open to discussing different treatment plans. The nurse on the evening of 1/16 was also very pleasant, efficient and understanding. I was in and out in under 30 minutes at 6pm on a Thursday. Facility appeared clean and organized. Will recommend to my own patients
The registration process was remarkably efficient. The establishment was exceptionally clean, and the nurse provided comprehensive instructions on all necessary procedures. Additionally, the location was highly convenient for my needs.
I had visited my PCP and a different urgent care before I landed at CareSpot. The receptionist could tell I wasn’t feeling well and she did her best to help me out. The provider saw me quickly and could see how much pain I was in and she did what two other providers didn’t or couldn’t. I would highly recommend!
If I could give them a 0 start I would. My mom was there for a consult and they pay the copayment and everything and when they were taken inside to be seen by the doctor they said they can prescribe anything because they don’t know their medical history. In the middle of south Florida and no one person speaks Spanish in order to help. Doctor was very empathetic and try to help a little but the front desk staff very rude and no helpful at all. My recommendation STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
