I had an outstanding experience at this Urgent Care yesterday! From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff and security guard were welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for my visit. The nurse and doctor were absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and ensured I received the proper treatment without any delays. The entire process was incredibly fast, smooth, and stress-free. Their dedication to patient care truly stood out, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need of quality medical attention. Five stars all the way!
I have visited this location three times in the past two weeks and wanted to share my experience. Each time, I had a positive experience with each person I interacted with. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and quick, which is essential when you’re not feeling your best. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to safety and hygiene protocols. Despite being an urgent care center, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, which was a pleasant surprise. Once I was in the examination room, the medical staff took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition. The doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the treatment plan. I felt reassured and cared for throughout the process. Overall, my experience was positive. I left feeling much better and grateful for the quality care I received. I also want to give a special shoutout to nurse practitioners Kachappilly, Tanisha, and Dr. Shapiro. There were also two other medical assistants, but I cannot recall their names. I highly recommend this center for anyone in need of urgent medical attention!
I had such a good experience at Memorial Urgent Care Center in Hollywood. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of, which honestly made a stressful situation way easier. The nurses and doctors were kind, patient, and actually listened to what I had to say. They didn’t rush me and explained everything clearly. The place was also really clean and organized. I left feeling so much better, not just physically but also knowing I was in good hands. Definitely appreciate the way they treated me!
One of the BEST urgent care centers I have been to!! There's a minimal wait when you walk in but no more than 20 minutes. The place is VERY clean and the people that work there are ALL very nice. Dr Shapiro and Dr Mele are very thorough and always have a resolution for my illness!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of Urgent Care.
I walked in with no appointment. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. All staff and doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms. I was diagnosed given a prescription for what I needed for my recovery. Office clerk called in my prescription. I was able to be in and out of the office within an hour along with another hour to pick up my prescription and home to rest. I have been to this office several times now. It's almost quicker and more convenient than my regular doctor's office which sometimes I make an appointment and wait for 2 to 3 hours.
