Wow! What a fantastic service from Tanisha and Dr. Mele. My niece had a toe fracture during the weekend and they were so professional and accommodating. They even taught her to walk in crutches. Best urgent care and amazing providers.
Upon entering this Urgent Care facility, I was warmly welcomed by Joy, whose accommodating demeanor made me feel at ease while she took my vital signs. The sense of calm continued as I met Dr. Arti, who was both kind and approachable. She provided me with medications and prescriptions that I believe will alleviate my wheezing cough. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Additionally, the clinic's cleanliness is exemplary, operating at an outstanding level of 100%. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the staff prioritized patient comfort and well-being. The waiting area was well-organized, with comfortable seating and informative health brochures available for reading. The efficient check-in process ensured I didn't have to wait long before being seen. Throughout my visit, I noticed how the team worked seamlessly together, creating an atmosphere of professionalism and care. I came in for a foot injury and thank God they had an x-ray machine. Since I could not walk they offered right away a wheelchair. The check-in procedure was very smooth and everybody was super nice and helpful. Dr. Mela was wonderful I felt to be in good hands. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Very quick response, both Latisha and her other colleagues very very professional and kind. They took great care of me. Dr. Mele was informative and had a great bedside manner. Overall they were fast and efficient. Dr. Mele got my radiologist report with 15 mins. If you need urgent care, don’t hesitate to make a trip to Memorial Urgent Care.
