We came in on a Sunday afternoon after we started having concerns that our toddler may have developed strep. Everyone that we encountered couldn't have been more welcoming or pleasant. They went out of their way to make our little boy feel comfortable and Dr. Alessi even did a riddle with him. We would 100% recommend this facility to anyone in need of professional and courteous medical care.
I needed an x-ray for school and both Nairobi and Feddy were super helpful and provided the care I needed during holiday season AND on a Sunday. They were nice, professional and HONEST, when other urgent cares were trying to overcharge me for a test. I would 100% recommend this practice.
This urgent care is careless. I went with chest pain and what felt like a cold, but turned out to be the beginning stages of the flu. Without testing me for a single thing, the PA-C prescribed me steroids and antibiotics. The antibiotics did absolutely nothing, and the morning after I finished them, I woke up right back into illness. But it’s even worse now. I wasn’t tested for anything and I ended up being viral, but they prescribed me medicine for bacterial infections.
This place is horrible I called ahead time, they said they would see my mom for back pain confirmed with 2 ladies that work there. I filled out all the paperwork and after 2 hours the Dr. Raynny Sanchez, denied to treat my mom. Dr Raynny Sanchez, was coming down the hall referring to my mom as ok “Which room is the old lady in? Talking about my mom like that. I could not believe my ears this doctor is so unprofessional then he denied to see my mom. I ask why he said because she’s old. Omg really this in an urgent care, then he said second reason your mom has back pain so back to the ER hospital that treated her last week I started crying he didn’t care and then still refused to see my mom. Please DoNot waste your time going here it’s really unfair and unprofessional and I’m calling corporate about this to report him and this place. Terrible experience 😏
Top tier service by the staff members Fedline and Dara! They were so helpful and informative about my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing Urgent care...
