I cant understand these comments! I only go here for emergency visits ( we have kids). I am SO grateful for the care I get here. Front desk , doctors amd all medical staff treat us with care and these people make it POSSIBLE for emergencies to be treated! How could anyone leave such a bad review!? The place is spotless. If you’re waiting- I promise you it’s gonna be less than an ER wait! I have always been treated timely here. I AM GRATEFUL THESE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS HAVE HELPED US ALL THESE YEARS! From tetanus shots to pink eye! This place gets 5 STARS FROM US! 😍😍😍😍😍
I brought my son to get checked out for possible pink eye. We arrived at about 8:15 and still hadn't been called back at 10:00. There was not a busy waiting room when we arrived so therefore the extended wait is unacceptable. My son has autism and thankfully he sat pretty quietly but he started to complain about his eye after a while. His eye actually began to tear due to the waiting. I will not return here after this visit. The staff is very nice but that isn't enough. There was a follow-up call to check on how he was doing which I appreciated. My son was treated with care. They really need to work on their wait time.
Absolutely terrible place! I had some rash and called them to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and they said that the earliest available time in 10 days only! When I came in time of my appointment at 1pm I was force to wait for 3 hours! It wasn’t a lot of people in the waiting room, nobody came out from the doctor door and nobody came in! We were all waiting with no reason! After 2 hours of waiting I asked a receptionist what going on? And told her I have to pickup my son from the school in 30 minutes but I didn’t see my doctor yet!! She said it 3 persons in the line before me. I was forced to call to the school and ask to assign my son to an aftercare class, which costed me $20! When I finally got to see my doctor she spent 3 minutes only to speak with me! 3 hours waiting for 3 minutes speaking! I going to complain this place, they must to improve they time management ASAP!
Very poor experience with little to no attention to patient care. For the 2nd time I've waited for over 4 hours and have not been called or even noticed by a Dr. Horrible service and would not recommend 😑 I've been here since 9:45 my appointment was at 10:15 and its 1:30 with no care or notice. It would be easier to get out of state service.
Waited for 4 hours! If I had known there was somewhere else to go like a Walgreens clinic and I wasn't traveling internationally the next day...and had I read the comments below, I would have just left. This was the slowest service ever with the most inept people, who would apologize for the slowness and then continue to do nothing to improve. The only good thing about my visit was that I brought a book to read. Avoid this place if you value your time.
