Place was nice and clean but the check in person needed more customer service skills. I understand they were busy but it came out rude that because I waked in, I could wait 2 plus hours or make an appointment. Appointment she set was almost 6 hours later. I went online and seen many appointments I could have done in between time. At this point, I have gone somewhere different. Seemed like the back office staff was nice based on conversations I could hear.

Everything!? Right from the start your front desk staff is always cordial and pleasant to deal with. Wait time is dependent on whether or not you have an appointment. If you get there and it’s not busy you’ll wait a short period of time. I prefer coming to carespot over going to my general practice doctor tbh. Dr McKreith is awesome! I wish she had her own practice as me and my family be her customer for life! She is such a pleasure to deal with, she knows what she’s taking about and doesn’t have to rely on a laptop to diagnose her patients. Recently seen Dr. Vaccarella I believe his name is and he gave the same level of care as she does. Thanks for all yous do!

I knew the wait time from the moment I arrived so I appreciate that heads-up. The PA was on the ball, took time to understand my symptoms and applied a great approach instead of tossing a generic medication (Zpack) and moving on. He also took the extra step for a chest x-ray just to make sure. The nurses and support staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

This place provides amazing service. The staff is always attentive and are always willing to help. Mimi at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use this facility because they provide service with a smile, and always to an excellent job.

Always fast and amazing staff. Price was way better than emergency room, the Doctor that took care of me was very thorough and helped me .
