I came to this urgent care for a follow up on 3/7/25. The front desk staff did not greet the patients when they came in. The nurse with short hair sitting at the desk kept her head down on her phone and also did not look up to greet the patients. The doctor was great, very friendly and professional. Once the doctor saw me, the nurse that was sitting at the front desk on her phone, came in the room saying she needs to take my vitals. Her facial expression was flat and did not seem like she wanted to be there. I said this seems backwards since I saw the doctor already. She was unresponsive. When she finished taking my vitals, she just walked away without say a word. Terrible service!

Staff was friendly and kind. Marie and Erika were so patient with me. For the little time my visit was Erika and Marie made me feel comfortable and feel well taken care of. My doctor acted fast and quickly to address my concern and for him I’m thankful def would recommend this location!!

I had a great experience at this location. I originally went to Sunrise, but they were out of something that I need after waiting for 45 mins. They told me to go to another MD that had it.
I am so happy that I went because this is now my new location. I was seen right away and they made me feel like family. I left that clinic feeling relieved.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring. Dr Francisco Sanchez was a wonderful physician. His meticulous level of care was exceptional/excellent in how he engaged with us( mom and son). He was methodical and compassionate as he treated us. We were both very nervous at the beginning of our visit but within minutes Dr Sanchez put us both at ease. Wish there were more physicians like Dr Sanchez. Mom and I will highly recommend him to our family and friends. Dr Sanchez is a 5 star physician all the way. It was a pleasure to be his patients.

First time I go to this Urgent Care and the Recepcionists Sheree, she received me with kindness, very friendly her. Like Marie, Medical Assistant, she treated me excellently, explained everything clearly and made me feel like she had known me for a long time. Civil Provider as well. They are all very friendly and very attentive, I recommended the place to my friends and family.
