I had a fantastic experience at MD Now Urgent Care after a kitchen accident where I sliced the tip of my finger off with a mandolin. With only about 25 minutes left before closing, I rushed over, worried I might be turned away due to the late hour. However, Gabby at the front desk quickly assured me that I'd be taken care of. She made a quick call, and within moments, Sabrina was ushering me back to one of the rooms. She checked my vitals with efficiency and care.
Not long after, Anthony Aliaga arrived, and his positive, jovial attitude made the situation much less stressful. He quickly cleaned, bandaged, and wrapped my finger, all while keeping the atmosphere light and reassuring. I was out the door in just a few minutes, amazed at the speed and responsiveness of the team. This was by far the quickest and most responsive urgent care experience I've ever had.
Thank you to the incredible staff at MD Now for turning a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and stress-free experience!

I found out yesterday (Thursday) that I have to have surgery on Tuesday. This prompted a surge of tasked that needed to be done before hand. Between getting medical clearance, x-rays, blood work, MRI’s, insurance, and Dr. offices, I was stressed to say the least… especially it being Friday I had little time to do so, compounded with the fact that I’ve never had surgery before I was nervous. Let me tell you, from the moment Tasha walked in the room with her bright personality and infectious laugh, I felt relaxed and at ease for the first time during all this. Even for a moment, I was no longer nervous and that means a lot more than some review. I can’t thank you enough Tasha!

I visited MD Now on 9/18/21. The staff was on point! The wait wasn't long and l really didn't mind the wait. The nurse that began the process was very thorough and had a very comical approach which make the process easier when Ur stressed and not feeling well! The Doctor who examined my prognosis was thorough and made me and my friend very comfortable. I will go back if needed and definitely recommend MD Now at 195 Federal Hwy in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank U to the staff for a good job and Great experience!

While understanding every patient needs quality time when they are seen it was worth the wait to be evaluated by Genevieve, the nurse practitioner. She was very comforting, professional, and thorough. After carefully explaining my symptoms for a very swollen and painful elbow joint.
She offered optional treatments and explanation for each and everyone of them. My level of anxiety Was lessened with each and every explanation. I could not have asked for anybody better to make this painful situation. Easier to deal with.

With visits in CA, FL, NY, NC & GA, this was THE BEST Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had. EVER! So clean and nice. Professional staff. Waited 10 minutes. All streamline and extra care paid to my specifics needs (not typical). Judith is a Rock Star! So knowledgeable, professional, thorough & kind - ask for her! She’s AWESOME!
