both my visits for flu symptoms were not a horrible experience, but I felt as if I were in a facility run by armatures. First time I saw an middle aged doctor which I likes very much, and the second time may have been a PA, I don't recall. Although I felt comfortable with their diagnosis, there is something "off" about the place it self. Given the choice, I would choose to drive a few more miles to another facility. The wait was reasonable, however considering I was the only one in the waiting room, both times, the 30 minute wait seemed unexplainable.

Tuesday 5pm no wait, friendly and kind staff ( on the urgent care side. ) I was out and at the pharmacy dropping off my prescriptions by 6pm. I wish I would have gone sooner. I had been sick for a week before I decided to go. As I am anti doctors mostly. But knowing they made my life easy and helped me kindly. I wouldn't wait out another aliment. I would definitely go back and let them help me get better quicker. Thank u both that helped me out today.

Was here for strep throat at around 5;00 p.m. I waited over 3 hours just to see at doctor even though there was no one else waiting. I kept asking when I would be seen and the front desk man said that he was waiting for the doctor to get there. Once the doc arrived, he confirmned what I had and then gave me the wrong antibiotic to treat it! I ended up having to go to a different urgent care facility a couple of days later, where they prescribed me the correct medication.

I arrived early to the Urgent Medical Centers of America located at 12012 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025, to ensure I would be one of the first patients to be seen since I had to work at 9:00am. The office at this location opens at 8:30am. As I tried to open the door at 8:30am to enter the office, I noticed that it was still locked. I proceeded to wait outside the door in the hot Florida sun for 10 minutes (while making eye contact with the employees inside) until they finally decided to open their door at 8:40am. I checked in with the front desk attendant, filled out the paperwork she requested of me, waited for her to enter everything into the computer, made a payment for my visit and sat back down to continue to wait. I was the only patient that entered this facility during this duration of time. I now understand why … Ultimately I ended up waiting 45 minutes from the time the office should’ve opened at 8:30am, to finally have the front desk attendant approach me and say, “The doctor (Dr. Robert W. Fleigelman) will not be arriving this morning until 10:00am.” The words “I’m sorry” were never spoken from her mouth, while delivering the news that I had wasted 45 minutes of my time. She then proceed to say, “Are you able to wait or do you have to leave for work?” as I’m sitting there in my button-down, collared shirt and dress-slacks (apparent business attire). I noted that I had to leave for work and asked why she didn’t notify me of this delay upon my arrival. She had no good answer to give. I proceeded to leave the office to go to another walk-in clinic. As I’m about to get into my car, I realized that the front desk attendant never attempted to nor offered to refund me my payment. I walked back in to ask for a refund, and discovered that the front desk attendant did not know how to do this. She had to go get assistance from the nurse to complete my refund, which took an additional 15 minutes. This by far was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a walk-in clinic facility. The unprofessional behavior and lack of patient respect from Dr. Robert W. Fleigelman and his staff should be reason enough for you not consider visiting this office.

I was very unlucky because my wait was over 1 and a half hour because there was a group of doctors who needed to get their annual blood test done. Beside this, this place left me highly disappointed and negatively surprised by the lack of organization and the untidiness. The doctor (Maria) gave me a quick exam during which she didn't even seem to know exactly what to do and in the end she even says that if I wanted she could give me some antibiotics...that's not MY job to decide if I want medication, it's YOUR job to tell me if any medication is necessary or not! Will NOT go there again and will definitely NOT recommend this place to anybody.
