Perfect for annoying UTI's!
The wait was longer than I hoped, even with an online appointment but the nurse was really nice and Dr Del Valle was friendly and very knowledgeable. Also he didn't rush me and was extremely thorough.
I'm feeling better already!

Everything was clean, organized and impressed by the fact there were water bottles available. The Doctor was very helpful (for the situation i was in), knowledgeable, understandable and courteous. The person who received us at the front desk was very helpful as well. Thanks

I woke up this morning with severe lower abdominal pain and went to MD Urgent Care for help. My husband and I were the first to arrive but third inline because I didn’t want to get out and stand in the line. I noticed that the line would continue to get longer so we exited our vehicle and stood at the door waiting for it to open at 8 AM. However, once inside, we learned that check-in was done via a barcode system, which wasn’t explained until we had already been waiting in line. After completing the check-in, we noticed on the screen that I was eighth in line, despite being one of the first to arrive.
This was concerning, and I expressed my frustration to the front desk staff, who explained that this is how their system works. It became clear that patients could check in online or via the barcode before arriving, which means that people who weren’t physically present could hold a spot in line ahead of those already waiting.
The office manager confirmed this was their procedure, but I found it unfair that this wasn't made clear beforehand. Urgent care facilities are for immediate medical assistance, and allowing people who are not physically there to secure a place in line ahead of those in need doesn’t seem right. Both myself and another patient who had also been waiting were upset, as this policy caused unnecessary delays and confusion.
Overall, while the staff were polite, the process felt inefficient and inconsiderate for patients who arrive early and in pain. I would suggest clearer communication about check-in procedures and rethinking how the system prioritizes care. I also feel that staff in ability to accommodate shows a lack of empathy. simply put just go somewhere else.

I showed up for an appointment that I booked online 20 minutes prior. I rushed to ensure that I made it in time and succeeded. The woman at the front desk was immediately dismissive and rude. I implored her to check me in as not to miss the appointment. Telling me to complete the check in on my phone. I mentioned I was worried and I didn’t want to miss the appointment l. Then as I was filling it out the appointment standing right in front of her it says It was missed. 30 minutes go by before I get a check in sheet to sign manually. The people who came in AFTER ME without scheduling online were brought up first despite me both physically in person and online being first. She did it to be spiteful and that is beyond unprofessional. I had a great visit the last I was there but this was far too blatantly petty and rude for me to stomach, so I left. I would not advise going to this location after that.

NEVER COME HERE
I had one of the worst experiences here.
I had to take a TB test for work and instead of making my life easy they just wasted my time and made it difficult. I took the first part of the exam, paid more than I was supposed to pay. In which they claim they sent me a check and I never got it mailed to my house.
The day I was supposed to come in I couldn't due to transportation issues. So, I still had one day left to take it. I called to let them know I was coming because I live far away and they for some reason transferred me to the manager, she told me that they couldn’t find my TB test information. The manager told me she’d call me back to let me know when she found it. She claims she called me multiple times but she didn’t, as a matter of a fact I called and she was unreachable each time I called.
They told me I could take it for free the next time I came in. When I came back I went to the plantation location because I wanted to take the X-ray version. I spoke to Tania (the manager) she told me in order for me to take it for free I had to go to the one in Hollywood. When I explain to her everything that happened.
This lady started gaslighting me saying she thought I didn’t know I had to take the second part of the exam and that’s why they were gonna give it to me for free. I feel disrespected as a human being and as in me who I am. I don’t know how a medical office could lose such important information. This is very unprofessional and I will never be back here again.
