This facility is dirty. Not clean at all. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, dirty chairs, filthy floors and bugs. The staff is nice but disgusting for a medical facility.
The doctor was extremely concerned about my pain level and took great care not to hurt me while removing my stitches.  Wait time was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.  The check-in agent is kind, compassionate, and extremely competent.  I’d rather not need to return to an Urgent Care facility but if I do, this will definitely be the one.  I’ve been here twice before and each time the staff impressed me with their knowledge, efficiency and consideration.
Had physical therapy and the therapist noticed I was in severe pain and right away notified the doctor so as to get me worked in to their daily patient schedule to have a pain injection asap. Great staff and overall wonderful experience each time.
Third Drs visit in a week (2 previous at Pediatrician) and finally my son got antibiotics. He’s been sick for a week and pinkeye in both eyes! A day after starting taking antibiotics, he started feeling better! Thank you!
