I never leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn people. My husband went here for a simple covid test, which was negative, so we should have been charged the standard service fee of $180.00, which includes the cost of the test. (A PCR test which is $10 at Walmart.) However, because we used insurance, they charged us $674! Of course, they never told us at the time of the appointment that we would be charged this. We paid $70 at the time of the visit and now they are charging us an additional $165 for a total of $235! It would have been cheaper if we did not use insurance. This is unconscionable and predatory behavior and wrong on every level. In addition, MD Now does not even have a customer service phone number, only a billing phone number, and after speaking with them, nastily refused to lower the bill. What reputable company (no less a medical facility) does not have a customer service phone number, which tells you tons about the type of business they are! Even the Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. Furthermore, the "doctor" who saw my husband did not even know a common medical condition that we mentioned. Save your money, protect your health and go somewhere else.

Never thought I’d genuinely enjoy urgent care more than my primary physician!
Dr.Confident and his team were awesome. I had to go in on New Years Eve and was the second to last patient; the front desk was super informative and knew her job.
Even though they didn’t have all equipment Dr. Confident thought out of the box and was able
to relieve the blood build up. I did have to go back twice and he was very attentive both visits

I was the only one in the waiting room. I am currently sitting here an hour and 45 minutes later (AFTER THEY collected my $40 of course), and I asked the doctor if they had forgotten about me. His answer was “No one has forgotten about you; there’s just a lot of paperwork to do”. He was so rude and dismissive. This is NOT how a person wants to be treated when they aren’t feeling well.
I should say, however, that the front desk person was amazing and pleasant.

Simplified, easy welcoming experience for a walk in. It followed with text messages to help the process. The front desk person, nurse and Dr. were terrific. I am visiting from our of town so MD Now Urgent care even made the experience painless.

Everyone was very polite & considerate. They did a complete work up, which I wasn’t aware was their protocol, but it’s nice to see them go above & beyond. Regards, S ENGLISH
