If I could give them minus 1 star I would. I am forced to use them through a third party logistics company. They never pick up the freight the same day, could sit on dock for days. I worry when I am forced to give them any freight. You can only speak with customer service and I question what they tell me to be true and you are not allowed to speak with anyone at the terminals directly. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I ship with many different freight companies and they are the worst. I would not recommend no matter how low a rate they give you.

This shipping company is a complete joke! Not only do you have to hold for an average 30 mins every time you call, but employees blatantly lie to you, to get you off the phone. Every time I called to see where my shipment was, I got a new time on when driver would be here. Seems like no one knows what they’re doing over there. At least call your customer if your driver is going to be late, it’s common courtesy. This company has none.

Lost a pallet for 4 weeks. Currently on hold for over 15 minutes to figure out where it went. Customer rep pulled up the shipment, sees it as still being not scanned. I have to direct the rep to figure out what is going on.
I guess I will be adding Central Transport to my do not ship with list. Unacceptable that they lose an entire pallet.
After speaking with Zack i come to find that they cannot call customers with updates, they cannot email customers with updates. The only response I received was that I need to call them back and waste more of my time waiting on hold for a "customer service" rep who cannot help me in any way what so ever.
Refused to give me a phone number to the terminal where the pallet might be, did not provide me with a phone number that I can call back to speak with Zack nor did he provide me with an email address or phone number.
In the end, I am back where I started without a single answer, just slightly elevated level of frustration.
Adding Central Transport to my DO NOT SHIP WITH list.

Didn’t have a commercial address with dock so Ebay seller shipped to Central Transport for pickup. The staff was very courteous, efficient and even let me disassemble my pallet into the four parts I had shipped (I don’t have a truck so this was very helpful). Overall a great experience

The driver of a 15k shipment we had deliver to our house said he could not drop off the item at my driveway. Further, he told my 80 year old mother that she had to take the item out of the truck herself, because he was "just a driver." So repulsive service. Another different driver came out two days later, very professional, drop the item off himself in two second using a pulley. Sweet Jesus, the first guy could have done the same, but refused.
