The absolute worst. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my package. Driver shows up to my house without calling or scheduling delivery which the package requires for someone to be home to accept it. Then sits in my driveway, never gets out of the truck and leaves without dropping off package or providing any explanation. Had to call customer service and wait on hold for 20 minutes. Apparently the package was not on the truck but I was promised it would be delivered the next day and the online shipment info would be updated. The online info was never updated and it shows that I refused To accept the package. The next day the package never comes and I have to call customer service again and wait on hold. The rep cannot provide me an update or when the package will be sent. All she can tell me is that she will try to send me an email with an update. Horrible experience and awful customer service. I still have not received the package or been provided any updates.

I just got hung up on. Have had numerous packages delivered from these guys over the past few months and its unbelievable how awful they are. Half the time they don't call just show up at my door and the driver always acts like someone called. Friday I got a call stating they'd be there within 2 hours (I wasn't home that entire day). Just now I called and was told I'd need to call them back in 5 min (like aren't I the customer who they should call back??). I simply said you guys are something else with customer service and I got hung up on for this. If you can avoid using them I'd highly recommend that.

So after waiting for my delivery far longer than I should have they schedule it for Friday. I take off work, get movers to help me, get a professional to help me with setup of my delivery. Friday morning comes around I get a call that the company has no trucks with working lift gates. Not a single truck available for delivery after waiting this long. I talk to customer support see the picture for Rhonda's flippant response. Would be 0 stars if possible.

Worst customer service ever! The driver named "John C.P." made a furniture delivery today. Had the worst attitude, came alone and was supposed to unload two very large, heavy boxes by himself. Luckily I had contractors working at my house who helped him, which he did not thank. Then when I asked him if he was going to put the furniture together he said "Absolutely not! I don't get paid for that!" and walked away. He rolled his eyes several times while getting the boxes off the truck and had the grumpiest attitude. Obviously he did not get a tip! Do not use this company - they are AWFUL!

Disappointing service all around. They've had freight for my customer for 10 days. First delivery never happened, never put on truck the next day. Told me "next day for sure" and when I inquired about a time window was told, "I don't know, it's not tomorrow yet sir..." Next day guess what, not loaded again, but they have no idea why. From the unprofessional customer service attitude, to just not being able to do their only job, do not use if you have any choice.
