What separates them even more is the continuous client support after the mortgage is secured. I had a huge insurance issue with the lender for months and Melinda was with me through the whole process. Conference calls with different departments, each well over 2-3 hours at the time, Melinda was there on the call with me. Until the issue was resolved successfully.

From the beginning, we thought it was going to be a challenging experience, but the process was so smooth and easy to understand that we are grateful as first time home buyers that truth about lending was there to help us. Everything was a first experience for us and at some points we were confused and overwhelmed, but they made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely phenomenal experience with Melinda. She treated my wife and I as if we were family and was with us every step of the way. One thing I have to note is that she made herself available to us whenever we had any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we now have our beautiful home thanks to her and her team!
