Nora was absolutely amazing! She welcomed us and went straight to work on showing us her best selections of watches. It is our 1 year marriage anniversary and I wanted to gift my husband his first watch to start his collection and we left with 2 amazing pieces. And thank you also to Keisha for helping us resize them before heading out. And we also got myself an anniversary band!! Overall amazing service and will be back again to continue the watch collection and future anniversary gifts!

Nora was the best!!! She hooked me up with a new watch and cleaned my chain, my wife's ring and even showed us the diamonds on the ring while teaching us how to spot that her ring is a real not lab grown diamond. She said she would order the extra links for my watch, when we came back 5 minutes later to ask another question she was already on the phone with citizen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Keisha was outstanding!! She went above & beyond to provide my husband & I with an unforgettable experience. We came in to get our rings customized but we really wanted them back in time for my birthday which was a week away. Even though the wait time is usually longer Keisha ensured us that she would try her endeavor best to get it back in time & she did!! But please understand even if she wasn’t able to get it back in time her customer service alone was good enough for us to ensure we will be coming back to this location!! 💕💕💕
