Keisha was outstanding!! She went above & beyond to provide my husband & I with an unforgettable experience. We came in to get our rings customized but we really wanted them back in time for my birthday which was a week away. Even though the wait time is usually longer Keisha ensured us that she would try her endeavor best to get it back in time & she did!! But please understand even if she wasn’t able to get it back in time her customer service alone was good enough for us to ensure we will be coming back to this location!! 💕💕💕

I had an amazing experience with Keisha today at Kay’s!! From the moment we walked into the store she was absolutely wonderful! Keisha was able to tell me my ring size and also helped me choose what type of engagement ring style would be best for me. Her expertise in bands, diamond shapes and types, etc was very much appreciated! If you want a phenomenal experience, definitely ask for Keisha! Thank you Keisha for all of your help! :)
