I have always admired Jared for its beautiful jewelry and reputation for quality. However, my recent visit left me feeling deeply disappointed due to the way I was treated by the customer service team.
From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was being judged based on appearances rather than being valued as a potential customer. The service I received was dismissive, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was not being taken seriously. Instead of being welcomed with warmth and professionalism, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though I didn’t belong.
Every customer deserves respect, regardless of how they look or what assumptions might be made about them. A luxury jewelry store should pride itself on making everyone feel special, not just those who appear to meet a certain standard.
I truly hope Jared emphasizes training in customer service and inclusivity so that no one else walks away feeling the way I did. I came in excited to find something special, but I left with disappointment instead. I would love to give Jared another chance in the future, but I sincerely hope to see a change in how all customers are treated.

I just want to recognize the amazing job that Mercedes Wynns (Mecho) does at Jared Pembroke Pines Location. She is a Very Nice and Friendly Dominican lady. Extremely knowledgeable regarding jewelry as well she understands the needs of all her customers. Always figuring out what you really want for you or your loved ones. She is very patient and the best part is that she listens and delivers in a timely manner as expected. If you need any help with finding anything beautiful, unique, delicate, amazing and according to whichever budget you have just ask for her and you won’t be disappointed. Walked in just for sizing, and was greeted by such an incredible duo, Eric and Cornelio. What an amazing experience. As a gay couple it’s hard to have safe spaces where we can be ourselves and truly feel accepted and that’s the legendary service we received. We went from browsers to proud owners of two beautiful rings and couldn’t be more excited for our wedding. Thank you both for such an incredible experience.
