Gabriela was very informative, patient, respectful and helpful during my visit today. She showed us multiple options of what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable of the stores inventory. She also gave insight for payment and financing options and instilled trust that eases and helps relieve the stress of spending thousands of dollars. I recently visited the Zales store in Pembroke Pines, and I am thrilled to share my experience! Every time I step into the store, the crew goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Tayanis, in particular, is a gem! Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the perfect piece is unmatched. The selection of jewelry is dazzling, and Tayanis always knows how to guide me to exactly what I'm looking for. I can't wait for my next visit; I know I'll be treated like royalty!

I stop by the Mall on Saturday 3/15/25
I love shopping at Pembroke Lakes Mall and specially shopping at ZALES where's the finest JEWELRY. If you love Pembroke Lakes Mall don't hesitate to stop by ZALES and do a little of shopping. Please ask for Gabriela she one of Sale Associate, I just love chatting with her everytime that i stop by to purchase something or just to window shop. She's very sweet and her Personality is so wonderful and she takes her time so that you can walk out of the store satisfy.Thank you ZALES for having Gabriela on your team. See you soon!!
