Pandora is pandora you have to wait to get in regardless At This Pembroke Lakes Location, They are in CDC Compliance and Guidelines Mask Is Required upon Entry Customer service was very Attentive to our needs and we were Satisfied with the overall experience Will Definitely Recommend And will Revisit.

The service was good at first the sales ladie helped out until it was time to collect the money as she did & took it to the back and the manager Jose came out with $20 out of the $70 that was given saying he would need another $20 i was under the impression the money was fake until he said no its torn on top I said what I thought u was coming to imply the the money was fake I said Thats stupid like wow really bad experience this Morning.hqd to pay $20 debit and the balance cash over something so Small.

Went in to get my existing jewelry clean and to see if I could buy some more charms for my reflection bracelet. My first disappointment was they could not clean my jewelry because they had run out of cleaning supplies, second they did not have more than two selection for my reflection bracelet. I already had those two. Needless to say I was a little bit disappointed store was clean, and the young ladies were friendly.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I purchased a $200+ silver item. Not even 2 weeks later it started tarnishing. I go to the store to see about returning or at the least getting it cleaned. The person that’s supposed to be helping me is laughing about the fact I can’t return it and me clearly being dissatisfied with the product. The manager comes over with the same poor energy b/c you know customer service doesn’t exist these days. He doesn’t excuse his employee or tell her to reset in the back or give her another task to do which is what a manager who’s actually doing their job properly would do. She’s behind him the entire time still laughing whispering to her other coworkers about my discontent. Completely unprofessional behavior from both people. Guess thats why they both work there.
