This is a great consignment shop. Very high end consigned furniture. Three prices on the furniture. The day it arrives several weeks later and a final price.

Based on the reviews previously posted, it may be a good place for buyers.
However that is certainly not the case if you are a seller! Just the worst place you can choose for consignment.
1) Once they get your items there is no follow-up. Two expensive pieces delivered March 2024. In October my wife finally was able to leave the hospital where she works earlier and check what happened.
2) One piece they claimed was sold in July but they can only cut the $315.90 check in November 15! For a piece that 4 years ago was purchased for $2280.00…And they don’t mail checks!!! One has to pick it up Even the IRS mails checks….And checks are valid for 1 year, by regulation!
3) The second piece , according to Encore “expired the consignment time” and was donated. But they do not present any proof of it or give you a receipt or even tell you who they donated to… Why?
Any question or argument is promptly answered with a rude tone and always with the same argument: “you should have read the contract” !!!
In summary, if you are looking for lack of professionalism, civility and questionable business approach and transparency, this is the perfect place to consign your expensive items !!
Donate to Salvation Army and deduct it from your taxes. At least you will not feel scammed…

Arthur greeted my family and I as soon as we walked in the door. A very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Purchased a gorgeous piece for our living room. Highly recommend a visit to their showroom

I live in PA and just purchased some trivets form the store. Steve was so great and helpful. I was very happy and able to make arrangements to have to items shipped to PA through a a 3rd party. I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you!!!!

My recent visit to Encore was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Arthur. His expertise, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire furniture shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for top-notch service, be sure to ask for Arthur!
However, I had to deduct one star due to the frustrating delivery process. Even though it's a paid service, they only offer one option for delivery, and it’s essentially "take it or cancel it." Despite having a doctor’s appointment, they were completely inflexible with rescheduling, which made it difficult to coordinate a convenient time.
