The consultant has been extremely helpful and reliable, as was the move out team, who were efficient considerate and very professional. They were amazing to watch, and worked quickly and efficiently together.
Before I knew it everything was wrapped packed and out of the apartment! In the amount of time predicted by the team captain, who really managed the job beautifully and confidently.
I was very pleased and grateful!
I had been referred by 2 friends who had each used gentle giant themselves to and were very happy, and now I see why!

Much thanks to the staff of Gentle Giant Movers including Paul and Dominique. I am most grateful to the 3 gentle gaints (Ceslovas, Ramos, and Leslie, who moved my furniture from south Florida to north Florida. They were more than professional, efficient and timely, but they exceeded my expectations! These gentle gaints were awesome and I can't stop singing their praise! They took away 90% of my stress about the move & the setting up of my furniture. I loved their energy & spirit and I could tell that they enjoyed their work and were aimed to please. I would certainly recommend Gentle Giant Movers to anyone looking to move rather it's locally, across state and/or across country, I would certainly hire them again should I need moving services in the future.

If you are moving, get in touch with Gentle Giant Movers first. You will save much so much time calling 2-star moving companies.
I needed movers to take my personal furniture and books from Hollywood, FL to Orlando, FL. I had no clue how to find a moving company that would load dozens of heavy boxes, all my favorite furniture and assorted boxes with unknown contents, precious art, etc. Then they would need to drive 4 hours to my tiny new Orlando apartment. After which, they would unload every bit of their truck.
In the nick of time, a former roommate told me about Gentle Giant. From my first call to them, everyone I spoke to was kind, polite and very interested in my move. Within one day, I had a price that was great and the date I needed!
Two Gentle Giants showed up on time and politely suggested they start with the boxes. I did nothing. They were warm, polite, extraordinarily hard working and efficient. And, each was over 6 feet, 5 inches. Giants indeed. And so gentle with my things.
You will not be sorry to pay them when the job is done. You will be delighted.
One tip regarding tipping: Thank them in cash. It is always welcome.

The movers from Gentle Giant Moving Company were excellent! This was the second time I moved with them. Very professional folks, arrived on time, and worked with tactful care of my belongings. The company is very communicative and will answer any questions. They also offer storage options which was a HUGE help for my move. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Chaz and Leslie delivered and set-up my Naturpedic bed. They also removed my old mattress and box spring and cleaned up all the packing debris. They were wonderful. They called in advance so I'd know the arrival time. They were very friendly, respectful, and professional. I live on the second floor and there was no extra charge for that. I was totally impressed with their efficiency and how well they worked together. I am happy to recommend them without any reservations. Truly top shelf.
