Great location near restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beach. Restaurant was not open and there is no breakfast as advertised. But, its coming soon we were told. Staff very accomodating. Strict about check out and guests, and totally non smoking facility. And without kids around very quiet. Room mattress could be updated, it was sagging on both sides, as well as toaster and coffee maker. Room was clean and balcony very comfortable. Nice pool, but we did not use it.

We absolutely loved this property! The view from our room was second to none. We could watch the sunrise every morning from our bed or balcony. The staff was amazing. So friendly, and they would go above and beyond with any of our requests! The maid service everyday was wonderful! The facility has a laundry room which was super handy, but bring quarters because the property doesn’t have much cash on hand as they are mainly a card only facility. With that being said, Tatiana helped us rummage up the quarters we were short. Just one example of the staff going above and beyond to help! There were chairs $10 a day and umbrellas $20 a day that the staff would set up for you. Totally worth it in our opinion. One thing to note - if you plan on cooking meals in your room, there are a few pots and pans and enough dishes for two people. You may have to pick up extras such as salt and pepper and oil and paper towels for cooking an easy cleanup as those weren’t available in room. It did not distract from the awesomeness of this place, but I thought I would mention it so you could be prepared. It was only a short walk to Lauderdale by the sea with food/drink atmosphere. I didn’t realize how lovely Lauderdale by the Sea was. It was just our speed.

We loved the location and the excellent service we received from the staff. The room was nice and well appointed but in need of some repairs. I understand some remodeling was getting ready to take place. We like the fact that the hotel is family owned and not a Corporately owned property nWe will be back!

Our stay at The Sea Lord was perfect from start to end. Booking directly was very easy, as well as check-in. The resort is older, but very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, especially Teona, and the location was perfect! Can’t wait to return!

A gem of a place with beyond wonderful staff! The best way to describe the Sea Lord Hotel is: a home away from home! This was our first time here and because of the people, we look forward to returning. The hotel owner, Richard, made us incredible meals himself (yes, himself!!!) -- and the staff (shout out to security guard Jesse!) all made us smile and ensured that we had the best stay ever. Thank you Sea Lord hotel for the memorable stay. See you next time!
