Horrible customer service provided by staff/owner. To witness the adverse interaction between the owner and a customer was awful. There should never be a time for an owner of a business to speak so negatively to a customer who is not confrontational. The male owner whom we were informed is also a pastor also brushed up again the young lady and provided an invitation to physical interaction while she was speaking with an instructor. I will never again give this establishment my business nor recommend them to anyone based on just the customer service and belligerent character by the male owner/operator alone. Do Better!
I've been coming here for 10 years and I've had nothing but a great experience. It's the best place to come for professional, high quality work. From facials, manicures, and hair. I love it here!
A tiring and UNPLEASANT experience. Took a client here for hair service it's her 81birthday and on a fixed income. So it was in her budget. Well once we arrived felt very unwelcome. It may be at a discount but so was the attitudes WHY? And although an appointment was made it did not go any further after the phone hung up . Ending by saying. This school is training individuals to enter the beauty service industry well if the staff and instructor we encountered is an indicator of the professionalism it's a sad and ugly reality. Do better
Mrs. Essence, Mrs. Essence. What an amazing lady. Not to mention , having a wonderful person with PEOPLE SKILLS on the front line, will make or break your business. Customer service skills is the most important part of any business. Her customer service skills are impeccable, BTW, my hairstyle was twist out and I'm very very satisfied.
