I want to express my sincere appreciation for your team's exceptional work at a fair price. From the moment I contacted Mr. Basher for an estimation, the process was efficient. The price offered was competitive and reasonable. Throughout the project, the work was carried out in a secure, safe, and clean manner, resulting in complete satisfaction. In fact, we were so impressed that we decided to add more work, including re-concreting the sidewalk and removing two additional coconut trees. I wholeheartedly agree with the company's introduction, highlighting "Our level professionalism, good pricing, and expertise."
They showed up as promised. One person climbed up into the tree to thin the crown in preparation for hurricane season. They cleared and cleaned all debris. Will hire them again for trimming.
Unfortunately I didn’t ask for anyone’s name. All 4 people that were at my home trimming a mammoth oak tree were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and seemed to love their job. I would recommend this company for sure.
I do not recommend this company. I paid them $1650 for a double wide PVC gate. Not only did they install it improperly initially requiring them to come back out to adjust (you can see the extra holes on the beam where they had to move the hinges) Now, 2 years later my gate has come detached at the seams and is completely falling apart. Service Queen told me their manufacturer warranties the product. So I contacted PVC Fence Wholesaler in Dania Beach for warranty and they only back their products for 1 year. I guess they know they have poor workmanship otherwise they’d cover their products for longer. I was told the best they could do was for me to bring my gate to them and pay them to rebuild the frame. How am I supposed to fit a 6x6 foot gate in my car? I paid $1650 for this gate and barely used it, but it lasted only 2 years. Buyer beware!
Service Queen booked my service and showed up on time. They did everything we discussed removed hedges, planted clusias, and layed down dirt and then cleaned up as if no one was here. Will definitely use them again.
