I've had the pleasure of interacting with Joana, the dental office manager, on several occasions, and she is always incredibly nice and pleasant. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude make every visit so much smoother. Joana goes out of her way to ensure that everything is taken care of efficiently, and she always does it with a smile. I truly appreciate her dedication and the positive energy she brings to the office!
She is also bilingual if you don’t speak very good English

First time here today! Dr. Arenas and his staff were wonderful, from the assistant to the hygienist to the front desk! Everyone was very nice. 🙂 I was scheduled for exam, xrays and cleaning. I needed 2 fillings and they got me in the same day! Very accommodating..I definitely recommend..They also have a new pt special.

I found this office for my mother and we are so happy with this establishment and all of their staff and doctors. I recommend five stars they explain everything where my mother can understand as well as dealing with the insurance and having very flexible availability for appointments. They are so sweet, honest and kind.

I'm extremely skeptical that all these glowing reviews are real or are not incentivized somehow. Read the Yelp reviews. Use your brain, and you can distinguish between random mishaps/failures and the ones about how this business really operates.
I'm writing on behalf of my parents because they're elderly and English isn't their first language.
They maxed out my dad's insurance benefits of about $5,000, then took over $900 in out of pocket payments. Over 2 months later, they try to bill him for $343 more, saying that the insurance didn’t cover three specific services! We still don’t even understand what those 3 additional things are, and there’s no way for us to tell if they even did them. Their practice has always been to take out-of-pocket costs from the patient before even admitting them inside (a red flag in itself), so why are they being asked for more 2-3 months later? The insurance company said they never approved of those 3 things, but the dental office claimed insurance *originally* approved, so that's why they did them. My dad sure didn't ask for them. But now that insurance wasn't paying, they were demanding it of him, instead of fighting it out with insurance or eating the cost, which is what normal businesses do when they accidentally give a service that wasn't requested (if those services were actually given at all.)
When my mom went to dispute this bill in person, the woman at the front then raised her voice and threatened sending it to collections. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the fact that this has all the appearance of fraud, yet they treated their customers so harshly can only leave room for speculation.
Furthermore, it has taken over 12 months to do a tooth extraction, implant and crown for my mom because the specialist she needs is only there twice a month. It's still not done, and she has other issues because of how long she hasn't been able to eat properly on one side of her mouth.
There's more to say, but when I went to write a review on Yelp, I saw that similar things have happened to many people in different office locations, so you can read them and judge for yourself.

Always friendly, excellent skills, clean office and patient rooms. Been my dentist for over 10 years. 2 Crowns, 1 root canal, 1 filling and 6 month cleanings/checkups always done as well as I could ask.
