If you suspect a mold problem start here. Have had countless remediation companies, adjusted and contractors come through. All with different ideas on what needs to be done. Found Jose on Google he came out the next day. Was courteous, professional and thorough. Tested the air, AC, attic and surfaces in different rooms. That evening we received the MOST detailed report of the issue, including suggested remediation! He was available to answer my questions the following day and was super helpful. Will 100% have him back again to test post remediation.
Jose was genuine and very caring. He took time to explain about the nature of mold as well as what the possible causes were. He's very personable and knowledgeable in the field.
