We had AAA Modern air install our last 2 units. The first unit lasted 10 yrs. They are good at calling and reminding you that the check up maintenance is due, easy scheduling of services , when we had trouble with our old unit they came out and was honest about repairing the 10 yr old unit vs a new unit. A special thanks to Jonathan for answering all our questions when he came to our house on the service and then a maintenance check. They arrive when they tell you and call when they are on the way! Excellent service and customer service!!

I had Hans come to my home for an estimate on my central unit. He called and we discussed options. I decided to go with them because of price and the unit they sold. The installers came the next day and were professional and polite.I highly recommend this company for there service and professionalism.

After our Nest thermostat displayed the dreaded e195 error, I called AAA Modern Air. One of our neighbors has been using them for AC maintenance for over 20 years in multiple locations. I spoke to someone about my problem and we scheduled someone to come out the same day in the afternoon. The technician called when he was on the way, as promised, arrived early in the window they had given me for his arrival and completed the work. We were so pleased and signed up for an annual maintenance plan. Great service, polite, knowledgeable technicians. Overall a wonderful service experience!

5 Stars aren’t enough……..
Joe Rosa is an extremely knowledgeable AC technician with AAA Modern Air. (Quite frankly, every technician in the last 20 years of using AAA Modern Air at our home has been exceptional). Joe is a specialist for the computer related issues with new AC systems, so I hadn’t had the opportunity to meet him until now. Joe’s understanding of these new systems, his troubleshooting and his ability to solve issues so technical was very impressive. He is dedicated to his profession. AAA Modern Air is a top shelf company!

Was not advice as to what part was being changed on my unit and the technician changed a part without my concent charging me an amount that they were not sure I even had. Then told the real prblem was not yet fixed and that was another $1,200 dallars. Bear in mind this is a fairly brand new unit installed by this same company just over 3 years now I have to be spending money over and over to fix different thing. Make sure you keep an eye on these technicians when they come to evaluate a problem on your unit.
