We used AAA Modern Air for a new unit last summer after several quotes from other a/c companies; We very satisfied with our new a/c as well as the excellent customer service from every person involved in the process. Today we had Jonathan Lantigua to do the first maintenance visit. He was so efficient, cordial and professional. He serviced the a/c and answered all our questions. Excellent service! I highly recommend AAA Modern Air!

I needed a new unit and the process was so easy and professional.
Jordan and his partner worked on every detail for hours because the weather was bad and they didn’t stop until the new unit was installed perfectly. Jordan was so kind, professional and patient, he’s a truly great asset to your company.
Getting a new unit is an investment but knowing it’s well installed and maintained by a professional company gives me a peace of mind

We had AAA Modern air install our last 2 units. The first unit lasted 10 yrs. They are good at calling and reminding you that the check up maintenance is due, easy scheduling of services , when we had trouble with our old unit they came out and was honest about repairing the 10 yr old unit vs a new unit. A special thanks to Jonathan for answering all our questions when he came to our house on the service and then a maintenance check. They arrive when they tell you and call when they are on the way! Excellent service and customer service!!

I bad sign for a company when you double check that it’s going to be free diagnostic with the person on the phone and then you get charged anyway. Not going with them dishonest from the get-go to get you in the door. Be warned companies can hire marketing groups to make the Google ads higher. I’m in marketing I know about this. I’m in the best part of town so I’m looking for honesty. Anyone who sees my area hikes up the prices. He also didn’t send me the pictures of the unit I asked for. Not pleased. He said I should have clicked more and read the fine print. It said very clearly that it’s free for internet customers. His claim was it was free only if we went with them. So basically not free. You get a discount off a deposit you make with them basically. Word play.

Jonathan was most helpful.. Advised him of some problems I was having with I thought was mold and/or humidity. He checked the unit and advised that the speed of the blower was not set properly which he then changed and l can already feel the difference. He was very courteous and explained everything.
